If you have ever fancied having a play with clay, my Hand Building in Clay Workshops may be for you.

Clay Weekend Workshops

These classes run over a Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4pm at my workshop in Lewdown, Devon. Having two days gives you time to hand build slab work and make large items, which are otherwise not possible in one day.

Beginners are welcome and as the classes are small you will get plenty of individual tuition and guidance.

All materials, tools, firings and tuition are included in the price of £180 per person. Refreshments are provided but please bring your own lunch.

One Day Clay Workshops

New for 2026 these one day Workshops will run on a Wednesday from 10am – 4pm at my workshop in Lewdown, Devon.

All materials, tools, firings and tuition are included in the price of £125 per person.

These sessions can be particularly useful if wanting to decorate & glaze your previously made pieces.
